Public libraries should have charging facilities for people who want to use laptop for studying

Public libraries in Bangalore are great for studying textbooks, but most of them don’t have charging points on tables.

It would be perfect if they offered charging stations and maybe Wi-Fi, for people who find it tough to study at home.
