Why is there so much traffic near Rajajinagar-Yeshwanthpur- mattikere road today?

I’m a frequent traveler of the Yeshwanthpur to Yelahanka route but never have I seen SO much traffic in my life. I assumed there’s something happened for the insane traffic today. Ive had a bad day today and I’ve been stuck on the same flyover for over 30 mins and it’s driving me insane. I’ve been in Bangalore all my life as much as I love the city the traffic makes me lose my shit. Looks like the coming years will be much worse EDIT: I just wasted two hours on a holiday to get from Rajajinagar to Yelahanka. TBH as a native Bangalorean sometimes shit like this makes me want to move out of the city.
