What just happened?

I was driving my bike near Madivala market and one guy asked for lift till the next signal, I thought why not and asked him to get on. As soon as we started he started pushing bike towards sidewards and was being very heavy. I got confused and I asked him to get down saying I got some work at the market. After he got down he said he was from RPF something and wanted to see how bike drivers are(in Kannada). He clearly doesn’t look like an educated guy to do all that(by that I mean his teeth were all brown probably because of gutkha). I said ok and walked a bit, came back and drove my bike while he was standing there itself. Don’t even know what he was trying to do. Stay safe fellas.
