Renting houses has become a nightmare!

Just until 2022, my family and I were paying around 10k for a decent 2bhk (~1200 sqft) in North-west Bangalore. We had stayed in the house since 2012 so we were lucky the rent wasn't hiked up too much. I had to move in 2023 towards South Bangalore due to my work and nothing good was available below 20k. Yikes! I had to settle for an apartment paying around 22-23k eventually and figured we'd be able to stay here another 5 years before we move again or build up enough finances to own a house. But no! Apparently the rent next month is gonna be 30k after the agreement renewal just because everyone else in the area is paying that much now!! What the actual fuck! I tried negotiating with the owner but he did not budge and now i have to move again. Brokers are a bitch, i don't want to pay a whole month's rent just for a couple of phone numbers. And I've had enough of Nobroker and 99acres spam calls and advertisements. I'd appreciate if anyone could connect me with some house/apartment owners who'd be willing to rent it out under 23k around the South Bangalore area. Thank you in advance! 🙏
