Question about electronic city phase 2

Hello Everyone, i am looking for flat for rent around electronic city phase 2, and ran into some good options. But there are some reviews complaining about foul smell coming from a waste processing plant. People staying in the area - can you please provide some inputs. Is the smell really bad or happens occasionally? I see lots of apartments there, some big ones also.
