Porter App is FRAUD
I placed an order on 8th December 2024 wit on Porter app. However the receiver number was updated incorrectly. I contacted them in 10th to update the same but it was not done. On date of delivery, 13th the courier partner refused delivery due to non availability of OTP. I have contacted them 10-15 times since then. Raised 4 emails to their helpline and still no resolution has been provided. Moreover they had the audacity to mark their formal plea case as resolved without any further updates. I have raised a consumer forum complaint as well. The app which boasts itself as a software tech company online with an army of product and dev team on linkedin lacks basic feature like contact updation and empathy. Kindly refrain from using the app and making a fool out of yourself.2
