Original marks card withheld by SJB IT

Hello everyone, I need some advice on a difficult situation I’m facing. I was a B.Arch student at SJB, but I had to drop out in my 3rd year back in 2021 due to family obligations and mental health struggles. Recently, I went to the college to collect my original marks cards and other documents that I had submitted during admission. However, the college is now insisting that I either: 1. Reapply and complete the next two years of the course, or 2. Pay the remaining CET fees for the course. Unfortunately, I’m not in a financial or personal position to do either. I genuinely need my original documents, but I’m unsure how to proceed without complying with their demands. Has anyone here faced a similar issue or knows if there’s a legal way to retrieve these documents? Any advice, tips, or resources would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
