Non Availability of Draft E-khata

Hello, I’m at my wits’ end dealing with BBMP’s inefficiency, and I really need advice or help from anyone who has faced a similar issue. I had scheduled the sale of my property but the deal has been **stuck for over four months** due to BBMP’s failure to provide the **draft eKhata**. Without this document, my property title is considered **unsaleable**, and I am suffering extreme financial distress. * I have written to **BBMP officials, the Commissioner’s office multiple times**, and **personally visited BBMP offices** – but all I get is **zero accountability** and constant runarounds. * I have been told that **many physical Khata records have yet to be digitized**, and that’s why mine is delayed. But why should I suffer for their inefficiencies? * I have **a ready buyer**, but this delay is making me **lose money every day**. * Despite **paying property taxes on time**, fulfilling all legal requirements, and following up relentlessly, BBMP has made no effort to resolve this. I **don’t know what to do next**. Should I **go to the media, file an RTI, approach the Lokayukta, or take legal action**? Has anyone successfully gotten BBMP to act on something like this? If you have any advice or contacts who can help, please let me know. I’m genuinely desperate at this point. Appreciate any insights. Thanks in advance.
