Looking for friends who can teach me dosa making

I've always relied on ID dosa batters and ready mix chutneys. After tasting Taaza Thindi's, MTR's and Rameshwaram's I've developed an itch to replicate the same taste. Not sure how to do that starting from raw material to final product. So, looking out for people who can teach me. TIA
