Looking for flats in Bangalore!

I have a budget of 1.2-1.4 Cr (I know it's not high given how inflated the prices seem now a days). I was looking for a 3bhk flat within close proximity to ORR. I don't think tier-1 builders are within my budget. I was exploring new flats near Sarjapura road(mostly around Kodathi), Gunjur, Whitefield-Hoskote road(Seegehalli, Kannamangala, Belathur). I am open to resale flats as well but unable to find good leads here. Can people here help me with some good properties they are aware of? Also, suggestions around any other areas to explore would help. My office is in Kadubeesanahalli and I travel to office around 10 days a month.
