How to find apartments near HSR, Bellandur?

Hi, I got a job in ORR and from past posts I think HSR and Bellandur are somewhat near for me with all necessities. Will I be able to find 1BHK/2BHK in these areas under 30k? Is nobroker the way to go? Is there any app/site to see direct listings from owner?
