How is the BSNL service in the Bangalore ?

With recent hikes in the Airtel/Jio price and Airtel eliminating the data packs with existing validity I am think of switching to Bsnl. I saw their plans and they looks reasonable but I am not sure if service is up to the mark. My data usage is very limited as I have broadband at home and office. If anyone is using the Bsnl I would like to know following: 1. How is call quality? 2. Is 4g available ? If yes how is the speed. I mostly use google maps, listen podcasts, gpay usage and browse reddit. I guess even 3g will work for me as long as its continuous. Thanks
