How is Prestige Jindal City, Tumkur Rd?

I will be moving to Bangalore soon and my office is on Tumkur Main Rd. I am thinking of moving to Prestige Jindal since it is near to my workplace. However they are asking 35K for a semi furnished 2bhk! That's a lot! Any reviews on the place or any other complexes nearby?
