Hotel/ Appartement in the city

Hi guys, I will be in Bangalore for 3 nights. Would like to see cubbon park, palace, mg road & indiranagar. In which area should I look for a hotel? Richmond road? Would like to see the “old” Bangalore and walk as much as possible as well. Thank you!
