Headache (sinus region) during winter in Bangalore

People of r/bangalore, I seek help from you again. My face is paining a lot from upper jaw to forehead. First it started as headache and and now this specific region is continuously paining. The pain started along with cold. It feels like pressure build up in the face. No blocked nose also. I took MRI, everything seems to be fine. Neurologist told it might be post viral headache and gave some tablets. It wasn't working. Consulted ENT doctor too, no issues in sinus also no sinusitis. So he gave tablet for migrane, didnt work. Consulted dentist and opthalmologist also, no issues there. It's been more than month, and I can't take the pain. I came back to my native for treatment where weather is hot. Anybody else have experienced this. Please help.
