Dog trapped in ATM at Shantinagar KRSTC bus stop (without ventilation) and desperately trying to get out.

Good samaritans of bengaluru please help out. I'm a traveller and my bus left the stop now, I called 100 twice and was told to call animal rescue, however there was no answer. Wilson Garden is the nearest police station. Can anyone help?
