Deadly uncovered Manhole in Doddakannelli .Where can I complain?

Hello, fellow Bangaloreans! I need your help and attention regarding a severe safety hazard in Doddakannelli . There is a severe safety hazard that needs immediate attention. An uncovered manhole is located right beside a temple, posing a significant danger to the community, especially with the increased footfall of temple devotees. I have been walking in the area daily and often find myself stumbling upon this hazard, and I am concerned that many others may have already fallen victim to it.Where can i complain and hopefully get it fixed?
