Confused with matress purchase, please help

Hi guys I need to sit long in day for my work. And have been facing back pain. So now want to purchase a matress that help in reducing back pain. I have finalized wake fit but confused between orthopedic vs latex matress. Please help me. You can recommend any other brand too. Also my weight is above 80kg.
