Confused on Khata - Is eKhata same as A Khata?

my understanding is that.. Bangalore properties has A Khata (fully approved properties) B Khata (properties with deviations and hence not fully approved. May have any potential issues from Government in the future) 2 questions: 1. is E Khata currently being issued sames as A Khata. 2. Will B Khata properties get E Khata as well? If they do, now all B Khata properties will become fully approved?
