Bangalore apartment purchase advise

Is it wise idea to get a 12-13 year old apartment from a decent Category B builder close to Sathya Sai hospital in OMR for 90L? Commute to office will become 45-60 mins by car though. Current office commute takes 25-30 mins by car. Its a 2 bhk apartment with 1300 Super builtup area. A khatta property with OC certificate available
