Awards lost because of Government

So recently I won a huge competition in a big MNC where for the award I was suppose to get super item, a cool blade. I wasn't aware you can't import them till today morning. Japanese Samurai Sword - Dull Blade, any anime lover or gamer would have heard a lot about it and would definitely like to own it if given the option. Indian government doesn't let you import it, what will someone do with these useless certificates and plaques. Can't explain the disappointment. Goons carrying weapons illegally without licenses can't be stopped but someone winning needs to stopped as he/she poses threats. I was even planning to get my weapon license for the same until I got the notification from sender. Everyone wants to leave this country on the first chance they get, funny thing is nobody cares to ask for an explanation any more, it has become that obvious.
