Are you all noticing the decline in water quality these days?

BWSSB water smells like bleach and chlorine right out of the tap. it used to be very mild but now its actually noticeable. I can actually smell the bleach when i enter my bathroom. It is leaving tiny deposits at the bottom of my washing machine these days. Clothes don't smell as good as they used to. My hair is getting rougher. Feels grim day by day, things are getting worse.
