A Cubbon Park meet-up - Sharing & Processing Change

Please DM me if you would like to participate. I’m a facilitator who designs life experiences. I’ve also been working in the climate change space for a bit. The rate of ecological change has become incredibly faster. Life 10 years ago has disappeared, leaving us to cope with a ton of unprocessed grief that is repressed to make space for coping with rapid change. So, on 4th Jan, I’m inviting you to come as part of a sharing circle. Stories about buildings, roads, trees, eating fruit, food and everything that has been lost or changed. A space to share stories around witnessing ecological change. Stories from childhood memories . Stories around loss. Stories around shifting perspectives. There will also be a second part to this where we collectively process it though art. So come toshare and/or listen. Come to paint. Come to be. You can always choose to actively participate / not. Time: 3 PM Date: Saturday, 4th January 2024 Location: Meetup in front of the Coffee Day Square , then we move inside. TLDR: Sharing circle about how things have changed, especially ecologically. Intention - creating a space for this grief to exist, be acknowledged, processed.
