NPS a Good Institute?

As the title suggests, I am currently in 10th, and planning where to join for 11th. I am in a rather precarious situation too, my line of interest is mainly confided to Software and Political Science. Have been doing good, 98s in every subject except Hindi and have read some topics of 11th and 12th, but still cannot decide which institute to join. I wanted to go to Bangalore originally, but parents have been saying that for JEE, I should go to somewhere nearby such as in NPS or RGS but I don't feel satisfied in a sense. This may look silly to ask some random people on the internet, but I need some urgent help. TLDR: Class 10 student not being able to decide which institute to join for JEE preparation.
