Need suggestions

Hello! I need suggestions regarding gifting options for my friend. She is a Punjabi from Delhi. Never visited Northeast. Currently she is staying in Canada. I want to gift her something which has a significance in Assam and she remembers me when she is back to Canada. I was thinking of a package with small things from Assam. But ideas lage .
