Me and my friend are thinking about travelling to Dzukou valley from Dibrugarh. Around July. Is that a good time? And if I could get a detailed guide about how to travel. What train to take ? How much it will cost per person? And where can we stay? From where the hike will be best ? What to take etc? And over all a detailed guide will be appreciated.
