Any suggestions for Ghty restaurants that do birthday cakes/parties on request?

Good standard/beautiful restaurant eta bisarisilu for a small family birthday party in Guwahati. I know some popular places from 6-7 years ago but I don't know what's the best these days. Avoiding clubs.
