Best Route to Dirang from Guwahati in Late March: Bhairabkunda or Bhalukpong?

Planning a trip to Arunachal Pradesh at the end of March from Guwahati and trying to decide on the best route: Bhairavkunda or Bhalukpong? Has anyone taken these routes recently? How are the roads, and which one would you recommend for a smoother/more scenic drive? Thanks in advance.
