Why so?

Why the tech companies don't allow people to work remotely (not the one which are currently doing it)but like you just need a wifi and a laptop and a good coordination,i know a workplace develops that a lot and it's good for the companys growth while wfh also has many benefits.But why do these guys want a guywho has skills and wants to work but these guys want him to come to a city where he can't bear expenses and the real estate in these cities are fucked up far from family and traffic why can't they make flexible for both. -Please don't lecture that ki (bhai strong one survives,naya experience milta h,growth isi se milti h kinda thing).Bro I want to stay in my tier3 town and work happily and enjoy the work and have fun rather than coming to a fucked up city where I don't have anyone and I need to think twice before I do something.Why do these capitalist want everyone to come to a single place and stay in concrete rather than leaving them on their own.
