Why good looking Indians get comments like ," you dont look Indian" ?

In west people will call good looking Indias as " you look persian" , " you look hispanic" , " you look arab" etc etc . Most of India is poor and people dont give a shit about their looks , even if 10 percent of Indians are goodlooking thats more than the population of Russia . People need to accepts Indians look all sorts of people not only like jogpreet wearing turban and singing good morning pineapple
