Why we haven’t seen Woman terrorist??

If we turn up the history pages or see any scenario why there is 99% men who is responsible for heinous acts such as riots or terrorism, why there is no woman? Is it because women are too sensitive or Men are cruel by nature?? Need your POV on this..
