Which South Indian city/town is best for retirement?

I am currently in Bangalore. I think I will be able to retire in next 7 to 10 years. After retirement I would like to move into a low cost but beautiful place where I can buy some land and do some small farming as personal hobby. Which place you would suggest me for that? ###My criteria - - I am a North Indian single woman. I can speak Hindi and English. Looking for a place where language won’t be a big issue. I absolutely love South Indian states and cultures. So you can suggest me a place in this region too if language is not an issue. - peaceful, safe for single women. - outsiders allowed to buy land and hire local people for work. - I am not tight on budget. Looking for low cost place because would like to live minimalistic lifestyle after FIRE. - medical facilities has to be good for old age.
