What is happening to the world

After seeing what is happening to the world, how people are behaving, how one misuses their powers (especially politicians), how bad some posts are(on all platforms especially reddit and x), how illogical some people are(both online and in real life), what will be the future of earth :( It reminds me of a movie "tomorrow land" it was from Disney, a place where the brightest mind are selected from planet Earth and are taken to different dimension to help make the human race advance without ill and political intention. I hope some place like that exits :(
