What happen to India compared to South Korea and Japan?

How did countries like South Korea and Japan industrialize so much compared to India? Why does South Korea and Japan have strong middle class compared ton India? Also how did computers, CPUs and electrons get so much in countries like South Korea and Japan but not India? Why is India lot poorer than South Korea and Japan?
