What do I do if I get the job?

I, 19F, am in 2nd year of college. I intentionally enrolled in a low quality government college in a very basic BA course near my house as to faciliate my preparation for competitive exams well. I gave a government exam last year and I am almost sure (really hoping so) that I will succeed. How do I manage my education if I get the job? Can I shift college/online course in the middle of my term? Do I need to restart the course? Can someone please guide me. Even if I don't get the job I still want to shift college/to an online mode because honestly it's a very sh!tty place to be, from people to campus.
