Truecaller getting bank messages without permission

So i saw my mother's mobile and i saw that all her bank transaction messages from pnb bank are coming to Truecaller business chat, even when Truecaller doesn't have any message permission? Its not the default app and still bank transaction are only coming in Truecaller
