Somebody pls tell me what to do, i need help

I'm doing very bad mentally, my mom just got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, it just feels unreal, along w this, i failed in one subject in uni, im barely able to keep friends around and im also struggling in my love life (my bf is too good for me but i always end up fighting with him everyday over little of reasons), my confidence has drained, my spark is gone, idk what to do and what is happening with my life, on top of this, im a cs major and i really despise this field and i do not feel i will be able to bag a job here
