Need your advice

So basically I ordered a lego like brick set and shipped it from China to my sister's at UK because they didn't have delivery in India. Now that the package has arrived there, I wanted to ask how can she bring it to India without paying any duty? To let you know, It's a 1700+ parts brick set (basically f1 car look alike, 1:8 scale model). If she just unboxes and unloads all the bricks in a plastic bag, would that do? What are the possible scenarios? Any workarounds? 🙏🏻 I don't wish to pay 70% additional on my product (as per 9503 HS Code)
