Men are attracted to looks and women are attracted to personality??

How true is it guys?? As a women I would say yes even if guy is handsome but still if he is not decent sweet nice we tend to leave them. Personality interests and confidence is more imp to us. It's like a above avg guy with good personality. More never when we like a guy even if he is avg he looks handsome in our guys. Women are blind in love lol
