Maternal Uncle reluctant for Hemodialysis for his daughter

My maternal uncle's daughter has been diagonosed with CKD (Chronic Kidney Disease) and doctor has advised for dialysis twice a week. Inspite of this, her father is unwilling to get her the required treament citing reasons that such and such a person had had dialysis done and they died. Daughter is 18 years old. The creatine level is ascending day by day. They live in Bihar and this may, perhaps, explain why they are relectuant for this treament. He( her father ) says that she would be alright with ayurvedic treatment; that eating fish and meat would make her alright, that there are ways other than dialysis and kidney transplant. The diagnosis was done at BHU hospital. The condition is life-threating and they do not understand! I wanted just to write.
