Married women, did your husband and in-laws change after marriage?

Married women, how did things change for you after marriage? I often hear that people change a lot after marriage, especially when family gets involved. It also seems like women end up taking most of the burden if things go wrong. Of course, everyone has their own struggles, but I’d love to hear from women about their experiences- whether it was an arranged or love marriage. Did your husband and in-laws stay the same as they seemed before marriage, or did things change? What challenges did you face, and how did you deal with them? Also do you feel that the challenges are similar regardless of whether it was love or arranged?
