Marital disputes causing mental health issues

Hi, M here. I am married for 8 years with 4 yrs old daughter. We got married in a arranged marriage setup after dating for 8-9 months. My wife has super anger issues. She has no control over her tongue and eyes. She excuse it as clean heart person. However, over a period of 8 years , she has developed such an attitude that she has now stopped talking to my parents. She has some valid reasons of developing this attitude of not talking to my parents. But this is causing me a ch a trouble that I have started getting panic attacks now. I dont know how to resolve this as I am getting torned between two sides.
