Is kissing in parks acceptable?

For some context me (18M) and my girlfriend (19F) started going out recently but have been unable to find a secluded space or rent a room due to some conditions. We have kissed in parks before which is usually during afternoon hours when the park is semi empty. I live in Navi Mumbai and just wanted to ask whether it is safe/acceptable to do so or not as I want to avoid any sort of complaints and complications.
