Intercultural Relationship with a Bihari Partner

I'm a 27F South Indian, Andhra Pradesh was asked out by a 25M from Bihar. Since I’m not familiar with Bihari culture and traditions, I’m wondering what it might be like to be in a relationship with someone from that background. I see relationships as long-term commitments, so I’m curious if anyone has experience being in a relationship with someone from Bihar. How did it work out, especially when it comes to cultural differences? Additionally, we belong to different caste .How might this affect things in the long run, especially when it comes to marriage?
