How to leave India

Hi All, hope you all are doing good. My question is very simple I am exploring new opportunities out side, can anyone help me or guide me how to leave India and settle abroad. Which country would be a good choice at this point of time, what is the process? About me I post graduation and have 18+Years of experience working with multinational financial organizations.
