How to deal with a shit boss [M 43]??

The guy I report to has the most shit nature I came across in my life. Me being an MBA from a premier Indian B-school & him being hardly a school pass student frustrates me more. He got there cuz the company I work in is a LALA COMPANY. He talks in his typical desi/haryanvi language which often includes routine abuse even in front of female employees. The whole office is very much aware of what an asshole he really is, even the HR but the HR VP \[F 40s\] herself flirts with this him. I'm trying to switch asap but this does take on my mental health? What's the best I can do??
