How to become better as a men as I reach 30s

I am reaching 30 very soon . I really want to Become a better as man . There are some things I am doing, but I want to make sure I am at my best self when I reach 30 Education and career is going great and on track to graduate from phd Hobbies I do have which I do which includes art s Great social circle which includes some good friends :) I am trying to learn cooking Whst some things you would add
