How to be less sensitive ?

I dunno my male friends joke on me but sometimes I am not able to take it..how can I be less sensitive? I have been struggling with this a lot but sometimes I also feel people should be a bit nice. Also I sometimes butt heads with my male friends because I do not like taking their roast, how to be less sensitive and more chill?
