How is life after quitting social media?

I've finally decided to get rid of social media all together (only keeping reddit). I've found social media to really wasting my time, with no added value also the continuous thirst traps are crazy atp. I'm so done, i do wanna lock in fr now. Tell me who's been clean and seen the other side how is life w/o social media and how is the real social life going on? Because i do feel if we aren't connected with the knowns thru some flatform we won't be updated but yeah I'd like to know how it is for you guys who actually moved on from social media and are just doing your thing. I'll just focus on my career and health from now on.
