how do you deal with overarching emotions
out of the blue, these days, my emotions are a mushy gooey thing. i am constantly having a meltdown on random, insignificant incident which probes no actual harms. this has been a constant thing. i am constantly on edge. this cannot be PMS because we won't be meeting until the next month. i am pretty sure this scenario isn't a stranger to the world. but like, how do I deal with this? how do I manage emotions and be more logically and mentally astout?3
